How Do I Get Involved?

To participate in the registry you must have a diagnosed neuromuscular disease, or be the parent or legal guardian of someone with a diagnosed neuromuscular disease. If you choose to register with the CNDR you will be asked to provide your informed consent. To get involved you should do one of the following:

• Contact your doctor with our information sheet
• Contact the nearest clinic listed on our CNDR Clinics page.
• Contact the CNDR National Office to determine your next steps.
